the founder and has extensive experience in the area of database training, Accountancy, Inventory, VAT, Service Tax, Central Excise and Pay Roll. Mrs. Aprana plays a pivotal role in the management of large SAP training projects. She has extensive experience in SAP implementations. Her duties include defining and documenting requirements, Project Planning, creating training specifications, monitoring progress, communicating with Clients. All the while ensuring the highest levels of quality and satisfaction. She is responsible for creating vision for quality roadmap at Gurumarga. With her valuable experience in founding and managing training teams in her career as exemplified through her experience in Gurumarga and Sapient where she was previously employed.


Mr.Kanick Raj.

with his leadership helps manage growth at Gurumarga. His responsibilities range from setting overall corporate strategy and building the company’s New Media brand and market positioning. Raj is currently serving as Joint-Head Operations of Gurumarga. Raj’s responsibilities include setting long-term goals, working with senior team to define business unit goals and the execution and monitoring of such goals. He possesses strong management skills that develops leadership, promotes creativity, openness and superior culture in the organization. Raj also provides oversight over Human Resources and Finance functions within Gurumarga.

has over eight years of experience as an training consultant for a variety of clients ranging from small business and start-ups to large corporate and international entities. She possesses strong leadership skills exemplified through her experience in International Business Training services.
